Seattle Times reports that there are no women on the Facebook board of director's team. I wonder if there are any blacks, latinos, asians or arabs either?
Does it matter if the Facebook board has or doesn't have people from a particular gender or ethnic background? What do you think.
Jocelyn Goldfein told the Seattle Times, “You look in the room, you see all men, you assume that's for men, not me.”
"Mark's face is on it, but actually the news feed that you use was built by a woman, the photo viewer that opens up when you click on a photo, that was built by a woman," Goldfein said.
Goldfein thinks since teenage girls are the true active users on Facebook they can and should be part in the way it's molded and shaped in the future.
Jocelyn Goldfein is Stanford graduate and an engineer director at Facebook.

To be truthful, I don't see why not. If you ask any man women know how to spend their money. Women do in fact play an integral part in the way social situations play out and men simply tag along most of the time just to get the girl.
Given that context, wouldn't the mind of a woman do well to serve how online social communication and relationships should play out.
What do you think? Are women not good enough to serve as CEO's?
